We truly cannot recommend caves house enough as a wedding venue. I have wanted to get married at caves since I was little so was so excited to enquire when we got engaged. From then on until the day and the day itself the caves house team were amazing with planning, organising and accommodating us for our big day. Joyce is absolutely amazing at her job and had everything thought of, even down to bringing the bridal party an esky of drinks and food for us during photos, to leaving champagne in the room for us that night. The Emily rose terrace is the best location for ceremonies, the gardens are absolutely beautiful, the food was to die for and plentiful and the accommodation is everything we could need. It was so great having our family and friends stay for the whole weekend with us right there. The homestead is also the best place for photos and for us girls to have gotten ready on the morning. For a wedding venue they are also very well priced, and it helps so much to have food, drinks and staff as apart of the package. Thank you guys for making our day the best!!

We had our wedding at Caves House and couldn’t recommend it highly enough. We held our ceremony, sundowner and reception all in the one location, which made the day incredibly convenient. Being able to get ready on site and stay the night as well was a huge bonus. The location is absolutely beautiful, with so many stunning spots for photos. The gardens are gorgeous and the hotel itself has so much character. The food and drinks packages made catering completely stress-free, and everything was delicious. The Functions Manager, Joyce, was fantastic and ensured the entire day ran smoothly. Communication with her was easy throughout the whole process - she was always happy to help, answer any questions, and liaise with our other vendors to make sure everything went according to plan. She was not only extremely organised but also genuinely kind, which made the wedding planning process much more enjoyable. The staff during the sundowner and reception were also amazing and carefully packed away all of our personal belongings at the end of the night. We are absolutely thrilled with how our wedding turned out and have Caves House to thank for such a perfect day.

We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect experience for our wedding at Caves House. From the very beginning, Joyce was absolutely wonderful to work with. Her communication was always clear and prompt, and she managed our expectations with such professionalism and care, making the entire planning process feel smooth and stress-free. The Emily Rose Terrace and Lawn were nothing short of breathtaking—truly exceeding anything we had imagined. It all came together so seamlessly with our other vendors, creating a setting that felt both elegant and incredibly special for our day. We had a few last-minute changes and cancellations, which could have been stressful, but Joyce handled everything effortlessly. She was incredibly accommodating, quickly adjusting the catering arrangements and seamlessly updating seating without any fuss. A huge thank you also to the staff on the day. Every single person was friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed happy to be there, which made such a difference to the atmosphere. The service was quick, smooth, and professional throughout—a sentiment echoed by many of our guests. We are so grateful to Joyce and the entire team for making our wedding day so special and completely stress-free. We couldn’t recommend Caves House highly enough!

We had a FANTASTIC wedding at Caves House Hotel Yallingup! It was the perfect venue for us: romantic, outdoors, the gardens were so lovely and green, the set up was beautiful, it was easy and we had the most wonderful time. We stayed 5 nights in total and it was such a wonderful wedding week. The Venue Coordinator Joyce was helpful, kind, efficient and always happy! The chef Phil cooked us delicious food! (Would 10/10 recommend a food tasting as it was such a lovely experience not to mention great service and amazing food.) The bar staff, wait staff and all those who helped from Caves were so friendly and did a great job at setting everything up and providing excellent service on the day. We would like to say a huge thankyou to Caves House, they helped us create the perfect day with little stress and we couldnt be happier!

I cannot thank Joyce and the entire team at Caves House for helping us create our perfect day. As a very anxious type A bride who is also a wedding coordinator it took a lot for me to feel calm, but Joyce managed to ease my every concern. The gardens and grounds at Caves House were manicured to perfection, and the building itself provided the most scenic backdrop for all our photos. The staff were consistently warm, welcoming and professional. The food was absolutely exceptional. We honestly wouldn’t change a thing. The team at Caves House played a huge part in making our night as magical as it was, and we can’t recommend them highly enough for anyone planning a wedding. We'll definitely be back to visit every anniversary (at least)!

Caves House Yallingup was the perfect wedding location for us,especially as we grew up in Dunsborough. The grounds were presented and freshly mowed for our ceremony. Joyce had everything under full control on the day as we were dealing with the possibility of rain. Joyce knows her venue well and had a very satisfactory back up plan.Fortunately wasnt required. The grounds, venue and accomodation made our special day very memorable.
